Radu Puchiu
Secretary of State, Government of Romania

Radu joined the Government of Romania in 2012 as State Counselor to the Prime Minister for IT&C and online services.
In 2013 he was appointed as State Secretary in Prime Minister’s Chancellery and co-ordinator of the implementation of Open Government Partnership in Romania.
Between 2009 and 2012 he was working in online marketing where he used the experience in Governmental area as well as the knowledge accumulated in eGovernment Programs in Singapore and Austria (2006 and 2007).
His previous experience include 6 years as Head of Information Technology Department in Victoria Palace (Headquarter of Romanian Government) and over 6 years as Project Manager for more 100 online projects for different Romanian companies.
In 2008, Radu Puchiu was the IT&C Coordinator of the NATO Summit in Bucharest.

Currently, she is an entrepreneur, founded her own consultancy company: Outsourcing Advisors, as well as a Public Speaking School – a tool for all entrepreneurs, senior managers or professionals who wish to employ public speaking as an alternative channel to promote and sale or to cultivate personal brand.
In the future, her efforts will focus on educating and training market leaders on the local outsourcing market, on expanding the education process of public speaking professionals as well as introducing this as an optional subject in as many schools as possible.

She works for Oracle for almost 10 years, and was directly involved in growing the Premier Support Renewals team from 25 employees to over 350.
From building new teams in India and China to remote management, from integration of new businesses to and up to a regional operation position, Mihaela’s professional portfolio can be summarized by saying that she is embracing challenges and building strong performing teams by opening up new perspective of the business.

Daniel Hernandez is the head of HR shared service center of Société Générale European Business Services since May 2014.
Daniel has over 17 years experience in coordinating and developing projects in various industries, both nationally and internationally, combining experience in consulting, program management, global business services operations and information systems. Since 2005 when he joined Société Générale, Daniel was managing the re-designing project for the human resource information systems for retail banking divisions. Later, he took over the lead of various transformation projects for the HR group entities, being responsible for setting-up the HR hub in Romania.
Before joining Société Générale European Business Services in Bucharest, Daniel was the head of Group HR Transformation for Europe.

Catalin Iorgulescu

Previously he was employed by McCann Romania (a member of IPG/McCann WorldGroup) for 8 years. He covered a variety of roles including CEO of Craft Worldwide Romania (McCann SSC), Deputy Managing Director and CFO to McCann Erikson Romania.
Before that he acted as Manager in Deloitte with 5 years in-depth exposure to 5 out of the top 10 companies in Romania: Petrom, Sidex, Rompetrol Group, Vodafone and Romtelecom. During this time he also acted as advisor to Romanian Government for developing a set of laws for large corporations.

Marius Scuta

Silviu Cretean

Starting with September 2013, Silviu has taken over the management of the entire Software Development Division - TotalSoft Services, and currently runs over 115 projects. The divisions' portfolio includes business applications, web platformas as well as mobile solutions.
He joined TotalSoft in 2006 as a subcontractor, and then as Senior Developer. Silviu evolved into Team Leader and has gained extensive middle-management experience as Custom Application Department Manager. Currently, he has taken over the management of the entire Software Development Division. He coordinates a team of over 150 specialists and oversees offshore projects with clients located in 36 countries.

Alexandru Tulai

Alexandru Tulai has over 30 years of experience in the IT business and over 15 years in research and academia. He coordinated multiple projects and he has lead implementations of integrated software solutions for the support and development of companies from different business sectors as well as governmental level projects. During the last years, Alexandru had an important role as a business developer and business coacher, leading teams of consultants in important international (Belgian, German, Swiss etc.) software companies and leading implementation projects in Romania and abroad, in public and private sectors. Alexandru is certified as a Change Management Practitioner from APMG International, London and currently is the CEO of an organizational and leadership development company. Since 2012, Alexandru Tulai was elected the President of the Cluj IT Cluster leading the strategic development of the organization and acting as a business development manager in several projects run by the Cluster. He is also an active supporter and promoter of technology transfer and innovation, creating during the last years important bridges between the academia and the business.
